In order to make reservations for an Engaged Encounter weekend, a completed registration form and the full payment must be received by the Registration Couple or completed and paid on line through PayPal. The costs of the weekend are:
$290 per couple for couples that are residents of the State of Alabama and being Married in Alabama.
$315 per couple for couples that are not residents of Alabama, or are preparing to be married out-of-state . If you cannot afford the cost of a weekend, please contact your priest to discuss having a scholarship arranged.
Registration is completed online. If you choose to send a check, you may complete a form online and print it out to mail along with your payment. The Registration Couple is available to answer any additional questions about the weekend or the registration process you may have. A reservation paid through PayPal confirms your registration place immediately, but carries an additional $7.00 PayPal service fee. You may mail a check but you cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. If you choose to mail a check, please be certain to list an alternative date in case your primary choice is closed out before your check arrives. In the event of a cancellation, $90 of the registration fee is non-refundable.
Registration forms and checks are due no later than the Friday two weeks prior to the weekend you wish to attend.
